We recommend a Paypal Merchant account (if you want to do
business under a business name), or a Paypal Premier account
(if you want to do business under your own name), both will allow
you to collect payment from buyers. You can sign up for one here:

If the monthly number of files you sell is less than $12 you might
consider using the micropayment account PayPal offers to verified
users with Paypal merchant or premier accounts. The account
takes %5 + $.05 per transaction.
To get a Paypal micro payment account...
Paypal asks that you already have a merchant or premier account first.
If you don’t have one, you will have to set one up, the micro payment
account will then become your 2nd Paypal merchant account.
